David Guy Levy wrote and directed the Mandela Effect, using real life instances of the phenomenon pulled from the deep recesses of the Internet to fold together the story of one man on the brink of losing it all. The film features a performance from Robin Lord Taylor, which has genre fans pretty excited. He is best known for his role as Penguin on Fox’s Gotham, which concluded its run last year. He also appeared in You, Would You Rather.

The rest of the cast is rounded up by Charlie Hofheimer (Escape at DannemoraWould You Rather) in the lead role, attempting to come to terms with his grief and his daughter’s death. Aleksa Palladino (The Irishman, The Loudest Voice), Robin Lord Taylor (Gotham, You, Would You Rather), Madeleine McGraw (Toy Story 4, Ant-Man and the Wasp) and Clarke Peters (His Dark Materials, The Wire).

Many believe another recent universe alternating shift has occurred in the past few weeks, with The Mandela Effect phenomena rearing its ugly head again. So look for anything out of the ordinary.
